I have had the best care always when I attend my palliative care team and my doctor Gleeson is the best anyone could ask for. I have the best care you would ask for so I am very happy with my care when I come to a meeting for my health. Thank you.

We are please with everything done for us. We were a bit slow in understanding exactly what the team provided who we had to talk to when the team were not available, which led to a bit of frustration as I am not the best of person to pester people, as I feel the system in wider a lot of pressure to provide the care required without having to wet nurse family members. Thanks to all at Ystrad Mynach Hospital.

Possibly response times to 'buzzer' when in need of toilet. Maybe by increasing staff numbers or system of lights whereby staff could differentiate between someone who needs toilet 'urgently' and other for general attention, this in cases where patient is unable to get to bathroom/toilet by themselves.

The nursing staff are very helpful and treated me respect and dignity and the food was really nice as well! Well done to the nursing staff.
